The world's smallest house that barely is big enough to swing a cat round, is up for sale in Canada. The 'Little House' of Toronto, measuring seven feet by 47 feet, has three rooms and a normal sized bathtub.

It also has a front drive to park two family sized cars, the 'Daily Mail' reported. The living area and TV room of the 312-square foot house are just seven feet wide. The building that has enough room for two has a compact kitchen and a wee back garden too. It also has a decent sized basement for storage space and its ceiling is 2.36 mts high.

According to real estate agent Antonio Nardi: "The interior of the house seems much more expansive than the small exterior. It has a full bathroom, a kitchen and a decent sized bedroom with a fold up bed that gives more room when up. This is a great and historic purchase."

Built in 1912, the Little Home has become a celebrity in its own right over the past 98 years. It has developed a cult following and even has its own website. In the estate agents guide, it is described as an 'unique home in good condition overall and has been well maintained'.

Ever since the tiny house went on the market, it has been viewed almost 40 times. It is priced at 110,000 pounds inthe property market.
